Q. How long is delivery?
A. If the product is showing in stock* on the product page, then any orders placed before 3pm will be shipped the same day on the selected delivery method and timeframe chosen in the checkout. Please note we only ship Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) so if you ordered on a Saturday - the order would be shipped on Monday.
Please note if you order programming or setup - then we cannot ship until the information is back for us to be able to program.
*some products are made to order, so you will see some products that are showing in stock but clearly states 'delivery within 5 working days' for example
Q. Can I collect?
A. Yes - we offer collections monday-friday 9am to 4pm from our office and warehouse in Cheltenham, GL51 8HE. please complete your order online and select the collection in the checkout.
Q. Do you offer credit accounts?
A. While we offer credit facilities to some of our big customers - we also B2B financing via BILLER - please see HERE
